Interested in a painting quote for my dining room. Its a 17 x 12 room size however i do have a chairrail and would only like the top part of the space texturized similar to the bathrooms you did at Calico Corners in DT Naperville (in a diff color). The room had to entrances and a large bay window on one side so the actual room is less than 3 walls.

The building is a curtain wall with the panels attached to the deck. We need to have a bid both for painting the entirety of the building and for replacing the caulking. Any repairs that you can offer to the exterior of the building (ie, former sign locations) will be appreciated.
